Minutes of Extra Meeting of Woolmer Green Parish Council

Held on Tuesday 24th February 2004, at 7.30 p.m. Š Village Hall

                                 Cllr. Mr. P Kirk                          Cllr. Mrs. J Thom

 

In attendance:        Mr. A Edmonds (Clerk)

 

Apologies were received from Cllr. Mrs. C. Evans and Cllr. Mr. G. Daniels.

 

This Extra Meeting was held in order to consider the following Planning Applications.     

                                

1.     N6 2004 143   1 Haywains.  Conservatory at rear.

 

            There was no objection to this application.

 

2.   N6 2004 128   1 Mardleybury Court.   Single storey side and rear extension.

 

No objection, but it was agreed to remind WHDC that there might be a restricting      covenant from St. MichaelÕs Church.

3.   N6 2004 179   18 London Road. Double storey extension, first floor extension and dormer                      window to rear roof.

 

No objection, but it was agreed to suggest to WHDC that retrospective planning permission be applied for in respect of          the large conservatory at the rear of the house and the change of use from Police Cell to study.
