Minutes of Extra Meeting held at 7.30 p.m. on 30th May, 2006
a. Cllr. Watson would obtain the legal documents currently stored with Messrs. Howe, Roche & Waller with a view to completing a register of the documents and ascertaining if there were any papers relating to the pond.
b. Cllr. Watson would draft a notice for inclusion in the next newsletter and for display on notice boards outlining the recent history of the pondŐs management.
c. The Clerk would ask WHC for details of the legal advice received from their solicitor.
d. The Clerk would draft a letter seeking advice from HAPTC on whether WHC were acting legally in relinquishing responsibility for the pond, whether WGPC had any alternative other than to accept responsibility and whether WGPC could include any necessary expenditure incurred in the management of the pond and surroundings as part of its justification for the annual precept.
